Dr. Watts is founder and president of One Flesh Ministries Bible Institute, a subsidiary of
One Flesh Ministries, Inc (501c3), and a Satellite Teaching and Testing Center of ICW
Bible College and Seminary. He has a heart to equip those called to Christian ministry.

Dr. Watts was ordained as a minister in 2002.  In his educational pursuits through
residential college and non-traditional higher education he obtained a Bachelor of Arts
in Business Administration with a minor in Radio Broadcasting, Masters in Biblical
Studies, and a Doctorate in Ministry. In addition, he has obtained a Certificate in
Christian Marriage Counseling and was awarded a Doctorate in Christian Life
Counseling. Most recently, Com-Ed honored Dr. Watts as a neighborhood hero through
their Power of One program.

Dr. Watts has authored 5 books, one of which he co-authored with his wife, Dr. Natalie Watts, a
book for married and engaged couples: 11:11 What Time Is It? Robert & Natalie are Certified as
Marriage Mentors through U.C.A.N., and are members of Family Christian Center (FCC), where
the Senior Pastors are Dr. Steve Munsey and Melodye Munsey, of which they were ordained as
Elders in 2008.  For over a decade they served as Directors of the Family Life Development &
Application (FLDA) Department of Family Christian Center.
